Not sure what to say?

Mr. Zittel and his store were a huge part of my childhood, he introduced me to card collecting and it was always a good experience, condolences to his family and the zittels family with Mike and all the other customers

THE FIRST YEAR I TAUGHT ENGLISH AT ATHERTON WAS DAVE'S FIRST YEAR AS PRINCIPAL. WE HAD A GREAT WORKING RELATIONSHIP. GARY, I REMEMBER ALL THE TIMES YOU SUBBED IN OUR BUILDING. I KNOW YOU ALL MISS HIM. I AM PRAYING GOD'S RICHEST BLESSINGS AND COMFORT FOR ALL OF YOU. WITH LOVE,

A good principal, a good man, a good husband, a good father and grandfather, and a good friend. Sympathy to the family.

Judy Owen Daniel, Class of 1965

Loved Dave and Bev! Miss seeing all the Zittel children. So sorry for your loss. I have many fond memories baby sitting and being Dave's secretary! A great family love you and may God wrap you in his loving arms and give you peace!

RIP David, glad to have you for a friend for 75 years.

So sorry to hear about Dave passing. He was a wonderful man and always caring about others. He will be missed. We enjoyed visiting him at Zittel's Sports and spending time discussing the Tigers, etc.
Sorry we are unable to attend the funeral as health concerns make it unable for us.
Sincere sympathy to Jeff, Gary, Mark and Steve and family.

As neighbors to David and Bev in Perry Creek Estates it gives us great pleasure to have known them both. We had great fun with David in the past years and he will be missed. Love from Chris & Brenda G.

My condolences to your Family .
Dave was truly a great guy. He was a neighbor of my Fathers in Perry Creek but, I knew him long before that. I would take my then ten year old son into his store many times. He was always kind and very and Patient with him.
He will be missed by all.

Mr. Zittel was a great person and always kind. I loved going to his store and talking sports, when I lived in Holly, and picking up a few packs of cards. He was always happy and a good mood with a smile on his face. I know he is in heaven with a old friends and family talking sports and telling jokes. We will miss you greatly!!.
