I am shocked to hear of this. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Hammell family. I will forever remember you in a positive light, Davis.

I went to middle school with Davis before he attended Episcopal for high school. We knew each other alright though we weren't the best of friends, and got on fairly well all things considered. Mostly I remember what a nice guy he was, his sense of humor, how much he loved a good laugh and the company of friends. Really most of all he just wanted people around him to be happy...my condolences to the family on losing one so young.

Davis was a precious gift to all who had the joy of knowing him. He was a brilliant light that has been dimmed too painfully soon. May Our Father comfort you, Davis' family, and all who loved him. Thank you Davis for being a friend.
