Not sure what to say?

So sorry to hear of Dawn's passing. I worked with her a few years ago. She was an amazingly funny, upbeat, and warm person who I considered a friend and who helped me through a very hard time. And Abigail - if you are reading this - I never had the chance to meet you but your mom talked about her "Abbie" all the time! I am truly sorry for your loss. She will remain forever alive in the hearts of everyone she touched.

To The Bascomb Family,

I was very sad to hear of Dawns passing. She stopped into my shop back in January and right away we clicked. She would just stop in and see my dog Sam if she was in the area. I loved when she came by we would always chat for awhile. She was so enthusiastic, high energy, happy go lucky. Our shop and our life is now a little sader and dimmer. But I am grateful for the few moments i was allowed with her. Our condolences.

Dear Dorothy, Abby and Newell,
My heart goes out to you on your loss of Dawn. Like many others, I was lucky enough to have shared time with her at St Simon's Island, and in 2005 on Long Island.
We spoke on the phone often and had just spoken the Sunday before she died. Her death saddens me greatly. May time and the love of friends and family ease your sorrow.

Music, when soft voices die

Music, when soft voices die,
Vibrates in the memory—
Odours, when sweet violets sicken,
Live within the sense they quicken.

Rose leaves, when the rose is dead,
Are heaped for the belovèd's bed;
And so thy thoughts, when thou art gone,
Love itself shall slumber on.

My prayers are with Dawn's family and her daughter. I also spent time with Her at St. Simons and the spirit
of her and the place are remembered dearly. May you be at peace Dawn.

I too had the honor and joy of meeting Dawn on St. Simons Island a few years ago, and am deeply saddened at the news of her passing. My heart and prayers to your family in the days ahead.

Mrs. Bascomb and Family: I was deeply saddened to learn of Dawn's passing. I went to high school with Dawn and have wonderful memories of our time together in the music department. She had a wonderful smile, laugh and personality. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this very difficult time.

My deepest sympathies to Dawn's daughter and family on her sudden death. I met Dawn at St. Simon's Island, GA, and we enjoyed many chats in person and online. She had such a sunny smile and she was so funny. I know she will be missed. God Bless all of you in this time of saddness.

My heart & prayers go out to Dawn's family. She was a beautiful, special lady & I was privileged to have met Dawn & spend several days with her in St Simon's GA several years ago. The memories of those days & the times spent online will always be treasured.
