Dawn was born on May 12, 1965 and passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2017. Dawn was a resident of Vermont at the time of passing. Dawn attended Western High School in North Carolina and went on to Nursing School at ACC Community College in Graham, NC, receiving her LPN License. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Book of Remembrance, Barre Congregational Church, 35 Church Street, Barre, VT 05641 or to Annual Ladies Ride for Breast Cancer, c/o Sue Walker, PO Box 387, South Barre, VT 05670.

I had the honor of knowing Dawn at Western High and working with her at Community Care Inc. . We had great times together and she even went to the beach with me for a weekend. She always had a smile and was very caring to everyone she met. I am glad that we were friends. We may have drifted apart but friendships last forever.RIP my friend.

I am so very blessed to know Dawn. I worked with her for so many years at Price Chopper. She took my son under her wing and they both just hit off a great work relationship and friends. She would often ask me about him after he moved away. She would often give me great advice, didn't matter what it was.
