My heartfelt condolences to Dawn's family and friends. Dawn was my contact person while she was providing account services for the Empire Plan Prescription Drug Program. Dawn was exceptional at her job and working with her was always a pleasure. She truly cared about the needs of those she served. A good soul is now at peace.
