You will be forever in my...

GOD ALWAYS HAS A WAY OF BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER AT THE RIGHT TIME. I WENT TO KEN HIGH WITH DAWN, AND KIND OF LOST TOUCH UNTIL SHE STARTED WORKING IN HUMAN SERVICES THRU CITY COURT. I WAS TRULY SCHOCKED TO HEAR OF HER PASSING. ONE THING I DO KNOW IS THAT SHE HAD IT RIGHT WITH THE LORD. I PRAY THAT THE FAMILY FINDS COMFORT IN THE PRESENCE OF THE LORD. GOD BLESS

I want to send my thought and prayers to the Carr family. I have only known Dawn since employment with Spectrum Human Services in March 2008, and I could honestly say that she was the most loving and caring person that I have ever met. I am glad that I had the opportunity to get to know her for a short period of time. Dawn will be greatly missed!!!
