Read MoreI'm shocked and saddened by the news. She and I sat next to each other when we took classes in 2001 at Empire. I saw Dawn 2 years ago and she looked fantastic just as she does in this photo. She was going to teach me to Swing Dance but we didn't get around to that. You'll definitely be missed.

I never new her but what is stated she was a wonderful person by far. God bless her and family. I have work in the medical field since 1975 and been a DI in the service. She would have saved many for sure. Well no reward in that except She knew what was going on. God Bless Dawn and the family who will always have the wonderful memories to live with till the end!!
