Dawn and I were in 5th grade together. She was one of the few kids in class that gave me attention. She taught me how to draw. Dawn was artistic as well as being kind and compassionate. ❤

Dawn was my first introduction to Felix V Festa Junior High - when the teacher was late for class and my mother was still making me wear 'shoes' to school and Dawn called me the 'Tap Dance Kid' - only to share with me my best memory a little over a year later in 8th grade spring chorus - she was my dance partner to 'In The Mood' - and I as the soldier and she as the WWII beauty all soldiers hoped for - we danced! Dawn - you are a bright shining star for all time - and if I could just stop...

To John, Ryan, Brynn, the Fitzgerald and Magaletta families, my condolences. I'm sorry for your tragic loss. I can't imagine how you feel. She is at peace with the Father, Son and Spirit now. I pray that you sense the presence of the Lord and be comforted by him and his Word. "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit." Ps. 34:18

Dawn and I lived on the same street and were friends in grade school. I remember in 5th grade she taught me how to draw. I was fascinated someone so young was so talented. I always knew Dawn would be successful in life and she had many goals to achieve. It's very sad her life ended so short when she had so much more to do. My deepest sympathy to the Magaletta family and the Fitzgerald family.
