To the Family and close friends of Dawn, What a tragic loss! I am so sorry to hear the news. I haven't seen Dawn in years, but she was my friend and I will always remember her. Dawn will always be in my thoughts and prayers.

I know now that God placed an Angle in my life and in my heart. You have taught me so many things but most of all you have taught me about how to give and receive love. When I heard of your passing, I couldn't believe it. We had just saw one another at RIT a few months back. You always looked so beautiful and always had a smile on your face. I pray that you are at peace.

Dawn, we just returned from CA and Gerry told us the sad news. The view from our front window will never be the same. Your cheerful smile and pleasant demeanor made the sun shine a bit more brightly on Lafayette, as it will where you are now. We miss you.

I miss you very much. Jon says he loves you and hopes you watch over his babies for him. Rose says "Mima is an angel and she is with great grandpa" She is sooo right. We miss you very much woman. You would be so happy to see all the people that were there for you yesterday. Momma it was amazing. You were an inspiration. We love you momma.

I was so saddened to hear about Dawn's passing. She was such a happy, friendly person. Ready to help with anything. She will be deeply missed by all.
