I was just able to read a message she sent a long while ago, not knowing. She will definitely be missed! Her love of reading, her laugh, and her very directness are things that I loved and admired about her. I wish I had the chance to see her one more time. RIP Dawn.

I knew Dawn back in early 2000's, she was very outgoing , intelligent, witty and full of life. I was glad to know she found someone to love and marry...it is sad to me that she has passed so young, she was a good person. RIP Dawn. Chuck.

I'm so sorry to hear of her passing. She had an awesome way about her. I always enjoyed her laugh.

We had been friends since our early elementary years- Dawn was always creative and intelligent, with a terrific sense of humor. We laughed often over the years which made me so happy that we had always remained in contact, no matter where our lives took us. Dawn always showed a genuine affection and caring, and had both a spirit of adventure and resilience. Dawn will be remembered on one of the happiest days - laughing with Skip at their wedding in the park with her purple wedding dress on. Skip and Dawn were not conventional, but they were loved and will be remembered always.
