Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to know that the world will have to spin on without Dawn Savage. Dawn was fun, funny, interesting, fearless, and loved life. She was always ready with a tip for upcoming music or dancing events, and a word of advice for life's occasional pickles. We will miss her, and hope to remember her with a laugh or a story.

My heart is just broken.

Brandon and McCall we all loved your mom! She was beyond energetic and a friend to all. She had the unique ability to make best friends wherever she travelled in life. Everyone thought they were her best friend. And they were! How she accomplished that I will never know.

I will miss her for the rest of my life. To me she was a best friend.

I am here if you need anything-

Love to you both,
Christy Elkins (and...

McCall and Brandon our thoughts and prayers are with you both.

I would never have gotten through college without the love and laughter and joy of Dawn. We lived in the Chi Omega House together for three years and were officers together our Senior year. Oh the adventures we had! How I love her! I recently reconnected with her through Facebook and found her to be the same high spirited girl of the 70's. I express my sincere condolences to her children. She is a fabulous woman.

Dawn was a ray of light. Through our friendship she taught me many important lessons about womanhood and sisterhood. I will always hold her spirit close to my heart...With Love

McCall and Brandon,
I am so sorry for your sudden loss.
We will all miss her.
She always told me I was the sister she never had and I will always treasure the times we had together.
I am still in shock, but know I will always find things to remind me of
her special gift of living every day to the fullest.
I think she always had three 'special' loves, her mother, her children, and her students.
All my prayers and love,
Aunt Susan

The last time I saw Dawn and her beautiful daughter McCall, was in Oct. 2009 at the 90th birthday celebration of my father, in Tempe,Az. Our hearts go out to Brandon and McCall and pray that they will find strength in the days ahead. God bless you both, take care, John and Sallie Deuel, Norfolk, Va.

I am saddened to see the passing of Dawn. I do believe your Grandmother Doris was my 3rd grade teacher growing up many years ago at Monte Vista Elementary. I would love to know if this is the same Doris Savage. My heartfelt sympathy is with you at this time.

McCall and Brandon; you have my heartfelt thoughts and prayers. I have happy memories of you, McCall, and your sweet mama. Please feel my hugs at this hard time. Aunt Yvonne
