My condolences to the family and staff of Dr Lewis. I was shocked to see my dentist name in the obituary. I have been affiliated with his practice for over 40 years and I guess I always thought he would be here. I remember commenting on his beautiful smile. Charlie was one of the best friends Janette and I have ever had. Always had that big friendly smile and went out of his way to help someone out. He and I have had some of the best times together hunting and fishing ... always vying to see who was topgun. He was simply a great guy who always thought of others and will be greatly missed.

I found out (thru facebook) of Charles passing.I am so happy that you got to spend 40 years with the love of your life. I think of you both from time to time and wondered how you were. I remarried in 1993 and have 3 daughters and 2 grandsons. We live in Marietta. I'm still working. I know your heart is broken but think of all the wonderful memories you will always have. I will be thinking of you fondly and am so sorry for your loss.
