Not sure what to say?

Dear Smith Family, Frances was such a tremendous help and comfort to me when my mom was ill. I saw her often in the halls of the Villa and she was so pleasant but it wasn't until my mom became ill that I discovered what a wonderful and caring friend and neighbor she was. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
