My deepest sympathy to the Allen family on the passing of a wonderful father/brother/grandfather. I worked with Dean for many years at NOSC/SPAWAR and he always was professional to the letter. He also made me laugh a lot. We shared the same Wisconsin birthplace and had many common memories of growing up in the "NORT". I'll miss you Dean. See you over the rainbow.
