Not sure what to say?

I grew up with Dean in Muskegon Heights, Dean was my next door neighbor on Baker St. I was very fond of his parents and looking after me when my dad passed away in the 1943. I often wondered what happen to Dean
I know he served God very well.

He was one of our favorite people and loving friend of our family for many years. He is missed!

Dean was a wonderful man and pastor. He visited our home shortly after we moved to Lowell and invited us to church. He baptized both of our boys. We will never forget Jan's and his kindness to our family. We wish we could attend one of the services, but we are currently in Florida and won't be back in time. Prayers to all of the family members.

Although I didn't know Rev. Bailey I learned he was a great father and minister. I taught and became friends with his daughter Jill. Through her I heard about her wonderful father. He raised a beautiful daughter, inside and out, another tribute to the man. My condolences to the family.

A fine man in every way and a great preacher. Welcomed our family to Central UMC in Traverse City and confirmed our oldest son. His sermons were not to be missed, we are blessed to have known him. He and Jan are no doubt happy to be together again.

Dean was one of my favorite cousins. I was so pleased that he was able to perform my parents' funeral services; he was such a compassionate and humorous man. He will be missed.

Dean Baily was not only a friend to every one he met, but such a Blessing to many of us who knew him. Al and Sandy Roe, and Myself Shirley Culver met with Brother Dean at least 4 days out of the week, for coffee or lunch for the past 4 years. We shared many stories of our past years, and often many many laugh's - I so looked forward to the next time we would share our hour or so the next day. then a year ago, Sandy became very sick, and was kept home do to breathing problems, and we didn't...

Hoping Reverend Dean's family finds the peace that he brought to our family when our parents passed and the friendship for many years prior. He will be missed...a gentle man who was a giant in his own way. Our family's prayers and warm wishes are with you all.
