Dean F. Baxter

I am unable to attend the services today, so please accept my sincerest condolences.I worked with Dean at CSI for years. I was a teacher that worked long hours into the night, and Dean would help getting ladders, moving furniture, and just being a friendly face. We would talk about family, education, life. Dean was kind, caring, and hard working. I was amazed that he was the age he was. The world lost a good soul. He made the world a better place, just by being in it! RIP, Dean Baxter!...
