Dear Mrs. Carlson, Mike, Mark, Jon, Mary Beth and Aimee,

I was so very sad to hear about your loss. My sister was visiting Lincoln and just wrote about Dean's passing. My heart goes out to each and every one of you.

Your husband and Dad had the greatest sense of humor. I have fond memories of all the many times I was at your home with Mary Beth and how Dean would have so much fun teasing us girls, or just the looks he gave us when we were just being silly teenagers. ...

Karen and family,

I was so sorry to hear of your sudden loss. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers and please take care.

I am very sorry to hear of Dean's passing. I liked Dean a lot. When I worked at the Q.P. Hardware store it was always nice to have Dean and his son stop in on their breaks and have a snack and shoot the breeze. He always helped brighten my day. I'm going to miss you Dean but I'll see you in heaven soon enough.

Karen and family,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Karen and Family,

What shocking news to get email from Karen(Schockman)Darby, who keeps the '59 classmates all in touch about each other. I was sad to hear of Dean's passing. We haven't stopped in Lincoln lately, since taking a route thru Kansas has altered our travel, on the way to Wisconsin and Missouri.

We send our sympathy and prayers to all of you. I will call to share a moment of memories with you, Karen.

Dean still thinks I owe him $5. from a...

Karen and Family,
My families' thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Dean was funny, witty, and an all around good guy. I have so many fond memories of him growing up and feel fortunate to have known him. Please take care.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Carlson family at this difficult time. Your ESA Sister.
