Sad to hear about Dean´s passing. He was a great guy, class act and always had a positive attitude. Dean helped local governments, fire companies and public servants across the Commonwealth for many years. Condolences to family and friends. Don Hershey US Navy

My deepest condolences. Dean and I worked together at the Governor's Center for Local Government Services and DCA before that.
