Not sure what to say?

I just learned through the internet of Dean's passing. I was thinking about all the good things that he did for me (without ever telling me) during my time at Michigan. He is a very good and great person whom I very much respect. Bill Gerard (Sister Bay, Door County, Wi)

No apologies. No regrets. That was your motto.

I was so sorry to hear about Dean's passing. I was so honored to know this true gentleman and Jeanene. I am sending my deepest sympathies to his family. There is a time in ones life that they meet someone who leaves such an impression. That was Dean. Maggie Grobben

My mother Jean Boyden wishes for me to pass on her condolences and well wishes. She and my late dad Joel considered Dean and Jeanine among their fondest friends. Dean will be greatly missed.

Dean Lewis was a great family friend. Some of my favorite childhood memories are times spent with his family. He was a kind soul. My heart goes out to the family. God bless.

I am a better person to have known Dean at Sturgis High School. Great friend, unforgettable memories. May God grant you His eternal peace and may He surround Jeanene with His love and may His peace invade her spirit. We will meet again! Lon Randall (San Francisco, California)

We extend our deepest condolences to Jeanene and their children and express our gratitude for Dean's friendship over so many years. Our children will always remember the surprise visits from Santa... With love, John and Mary Ann Zettelmaier

Jane and family, Debra and I send you hugs. We were so sorry to hear of your father's death. Our deepest condolences to you and your family. It is wonderful to be Daddy's little girl for always. Debra and Carol Ply
