Not sure what to say?

Something made me think of Dean today. It had to do with a memory of SIU. Dean helped me get a job working for the SIU Arena. We knew each other from Niles East. I will always remember him for that. He was a real nice guy. My heart goes out to his family. May he rest in peace.

Dear Laura,
I often think of Dean, always with a smile. We shared a two week training class together for Sandoz, in MN in February and worked together for many years. It was so many years ago; he was a bright light to all of us when we worked with him and always brought smiles to our tired faces. I am so sorry for your loss, may you have comfort in the wonderful memories. Michele Trumbull Oare (Denver)

I heard the awful news today. Dean was a good friend but I left Skokie when we graduated and seldom went back. I missed him at our 30th reunion. We had lots of laughs together. He was a sweet guy. My heartfelt condolences to his family.

Just heard the news of Dean passing and was shocked to hear it, I have great memories of the big little brother. Dean was a righteous dude. My sympathy to the whole familty with your loss.

Laura,
It has been so long since we last talked, but I just heard of Dean's passing. You, the girls and the rest of your family are in my prayers. May God give you comfort and peace.

Dear Laura and family,

I am so sorry to learn of Dean’s passing. I fondly remember the excitement in you when you first met Dean. I enjoyed listing to your dating stories and watching your relationship grow when we worked together at MCI.

Michele and I have such great memories of your wedding day and your deep love. He will be missed. God Bless

Dear Lustig Family,
I am sure most of you do not know or remember me, but I had met Dean in Jr. High School and we were pretty close way back then. I was terribly saddened when I heard about Dean's passing tonight. Although I have not talked to Dean in quite a long time, all I can remember now is his great big smile and how a room would brighten up when he entered. To his children, please know that your father was a great man - why else would someone like me take the time to write...

Dear Lustig Family,
I knew Dean from grammar school, and since his last name was L-u and I was L-y, Dean sat just in front of me in many of our mutual classes. We used to joke that our initials were the same as well (DL). Though we didn't remain in touch after grammar school, I'll always remember his smile and his fun loving approach to life. May the memories of Dean surround you and comfort you during this very difficult time.
