Dean passed away in December 2018. Dean was a resident of Provincetown, Massachusetts at the time of passing. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 10, 2019 in the Monsignor Duarte Chapel, St Peters Cemetery, Jerome Smith Rd, Provincetown. Burial will follow in St. Peters Cemetery.
