Not sure what to say?

Dean was the kind of guy who would take most problems in stride. He was always cheerful, patient and helpful. I recall a myriad of conversations regarding creative ideas on engaging students. He's still missed and ever remains my friend.

This is so sad. I know I am late to the game, but Dean was one of us 'GUYS' at the wargaming table. Really an inspiration to a young fellow like I was. He always encouraged me to paint my miniatures better, especially those Scotsmen for Napoleonics. I still wear my helmet, yet we never did get to meet for a dinner in Jersey City, at my son's restaurant. Such a shock, so young a man. I think of him often whenI am teaching.

We remember Dean as a kind, loving man with a very warm heart, a quick, thoughtful intelligence, a generous spirit, and a wry sense of humor. We knew Dean since before he and Cheryl got married and spent many holidays with them and with Stefka. We especially remember July 4th celebrations, Jewish holiday celebrations, and the Thanksgiving before last when family and friends all gathered at Dean's and Cheryl's house. We will always remember the warmth, the good fellowship and, of course,...

Dean was a good man, always quick witted and very respectful.
We spoke about cooking, history and current events.

He was a keen observer and his phone rang like "Big Ben".

He enjoyed a nice IPA draught as long as it was hoppy.

He was always proud of his wife and family.

My condolences to them all.

Rest in peace Dean.

He was an exceptional person and will be greatly missed.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.
he always had the best collared shirts!

Very saddened to learn of Deans death. I worked with him during the 1980s at Howco/Howard Savings. Great guy to work with. Many fond memories of those times. Last time I saw Dean he was renting an office at Sitar Realty .Deepest condolences to Deans friends and family.
