Mr. Dean Ray Pace

It's such pleasure to have known such a multitalented special man who can be assessed by his wonderful family that he left behind. We can't remember anything but pleasant memories. God blessed you with Dean.

I will always remember Mr. Pace and his kindness to me and to my family. I enjoyed so much my many days spent at your house as a child. I can still see him sitting at his desk grading papers or drawing or working in his shop or garden. One of his wood carvings sits on my living room bookcase today. We had the good fortune of having exceptional brother in-laws. Military experiences were shared in addition to extraordinary talents. Dean Ray Pace was a stellar addition to our family and he will be missed immensely. He was blessed with a loving and adoring family.

Mr. Pace was the first teacher I had at Munford. I was in the 6th grade. I had him again when I was a senior at MHS. He was a kind and gentle soul. He will be missed.

Mrs. Pace, I'm so sorry for your loss. You and your family are in my prayers. It sounds like he was an amazing person to everyone. I know you were truly blessed to have him in your life. You are an amazing person as well, a wonderful teacher at Eulaton. I was blessed as well! I know it is so hard to lose a loved one but we know who holds us in his hands! I love you Mrs. Pace! I will miss my kind, wise and multi-talented Uncle Dean. He was part of my most cherished childhood memories. Summer visits to Alabama were referred to as "going home" and we always felt at home with Aunt Bettye and Uncle Dean.

Rest in peace, Uncle Dean. Yours was a life well-lived.
