Read MoreI am so sorry for your loss, my heart goes out to your family. I worked with Dean at NTF as an apprentice in the late 80's. He taught me many things dealing with the wind tunnels. He was kind to me. He will be missed.

Very sorry to hear of Dean's passing.
Worked with him for many years at NASA.
He was always willing to take on extra
projects at the National Transonic Facility and lend his expertise to others. Performance appraisals were always a pleasure with Dean, more often than not he would "appraise" my performance more than I did his. He also was the first of our group to embrace the computer as a way of making our job easier, then he taught me!! He will be greatly missed.
