Vola, Dean W. late of Burns Harbor, Ind. and owner of Potions Tavern in Blue Island, beloved husband of Annette (nee Blakeman), devoted father of Joseph, Dina and Anne Marie Vola, loving son of Joan (Maurice) Ballatore and grandson of Ted Tullia, fond brother of Dawn and Daniel Vola.
