Not sure what to say?

I remember one saturday when I was on surgical call and Dean was covering the ER for the Family Practicitioners.
He called me and asked if I could see a patient that he thought had appendicitis. Never knew him to be wrong - so I met the patient in the ER and went ahead and booked an OR. Yes, the patient had appendicitis and Dean was just a great surgical assistant. Before the case started I asked him what he had been up to so far that morning. He said he had delivered 2 babies,...

Was sadden to learn of Deans death. I was hoping we could have another Wilcox Reunion in our family’s home town of Grass Valley.

We often find ourselves enjoying a good memory of Dean and Berle. It is a wonderful life time gift. I can see Dean and I discussing the pine bark Beatle which has decimated Sorosis Park. We would be nose deep in the current political situation. Best to the Wilcox Clan!

Sorry to here about your Father and sisters passing, I think of you and your family often , your father was a great figure to me as a child, living in The Dallas. He didn’t seam to mind that I was at your house every day playing with you and your sister, my deepest thoughts for your loss.

When we drive up Scenic Drive, and pass the Wilcox homestead, our thoughts are always of Dean and Berle. What wonderful people they were.

I am so sorry to hear of my cousins passing. I was curious as to how he and Beryl were doing. My condolences.

Dean "my uncle" by marriage, and always so kind to me. He gave me the greatest gift in life..... Dean gave me the gift of motherhood!! He delivered a little boy, whom we received when he was two days old and adopted. I shall be eternally grateful. George and I will miss him terribly. He was a kind and gentle giant. RIP, Dean!!

He was a "gentleman Physcian", always cheerful and smiling!

Dean had a life well lived. My good fortune was to know him and to share time with him. I treasure all the evenings we had together on Cycle Oregon. We rode 14 Cycle's Oregon which I calculate to be 98 evenings discussing every thing under the sun. The 2001 trip as the Attack on the World Center unfolded is especially memorable. He was a uniquely fine and genuine human being.
