DEANNA L. KING

I was very sorry to hear of Deanna's passing. I knew her from some time she spent at Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church. She attended one of our Presbyterian Women's circles and was active in some other activities. She was a unique individual. I know she missed First Pres KCK but found a great church home at Southminster.

Deanna and I were in orchestra together in high school. We had some really fun times. I regret that I'm unable to attend her service. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers.

Deanna was the kindest person I know. I always remember laughing with her in Jr High and High School. I was so happy when we reconnected via Facebook many many years ago. We were able to hang out a few times, and I am forever grateful for those times spent together. We chatted frequently via Facebook posts and weekly if not daily via private messages!
