Not sure what to say?

To Dea's family
Deanna and I started in the 1st grade together at Fairdale and ended up graduating from Southern H.S. We had a great time growing up and getting together through the years. We always met at the Fairdale Fair for a visit. Dea you are in a better place now. Will see you one day in Heaven.

Mendi,
I am so sorry to hear about your mom. You're in my thoughts and prayers.

Dea's Family ~ I was so shocked to see Dea had taken her final journey to the Heaven she so believed in. She was a very special lady and friend. She was a shining light for her Savior wherever she was. She was the Spirit of the Class of Southern '59 and was so loved. My prayers will be with all of you.

Deanna...you were an awesome neighbor and my parents thought you were very kind and sweet. You brought my friend Ly to stay at your house and Im glad her and I got to met because of you. You always had a smile on your face. You will be deeply missed. Love Christina O'Brien and John and Nery Benson (Louisville, KY)

Deanna...You will be missed by everyone. You are truely a beautiful person. You have been a catalyst in keeping your many friends at Southern High School together and we have many wonderful memories because of you. May you rest in peace and we will all meet again for our SHS reunion in heaven. All our love to your family...

Dea's Family,

Dea was a wonderful example of a Christian woman. We at GE Corporate in Louisville have been lost since she retired. She will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dr. Cynthia Rigby and Sandy wish to offer their deepest sympathy to the family in the loss of a great lady, Mom, and Nana. She will be missed by all.

Mendi,
I am so sorry about your loss. Your mom was one of the sweetest people that I know. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers.

When she gets where she is going there will be only happy tears. She will leave her heart wide open and she will love with no fears. She will be beside her mother, father and Norman. Deanne will keep all her children safe and watch over you all. Sue Whitehouse
