My deepest condolences to Otto and your families!!! Debbie was probably one of the most sweetest young ladies in highschool!!! She was so much fun to hang out with, her and Della, until she connected with her soul mate, Otto!!! I remember the excitement they shared when their 1st baby girl was born!!!
