Debbie Ann Allen, 63, of Wichita Falls, passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Debbie was born on August 20, 1962, in Henrietta, Texas, and spent her life caring for others with extraordinary compassion. For over 35 years, she dedicated herself to the nursing profession, known for her gentle spirit, loyalty, and unwavering commitment to those in her care.


Debbie was a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished sister, and proud grandmother whose love extended to every corner of her family.


She is preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Dorothey Scoggins; and her brother, Donald Ray Scoggins.


She is survived by her husband, Jerry Allen; her daughters, Heather Scoggins, Jessica Bingham, and Jana Goodner; her brothers, Mark Scoggins and Danny Scoggins; and her sister, Becky Goolsby.  Debbie leaves behind a large and deeply loved family of grandchildren: Anthony and Brandon Powell, Jacob Scoggins, Nathanial Donnell, Aaliyah and Zane Williams, Jeremiah and Jesiah Brisby, and Makayla, Clayton, and Makenly Bingham. She was also blessed with great‑grandchildren, Autumn Powell and Kamden Powell, who brought her immeasurable joy.


Debbie will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and the deep love she had for her family. Her legacy of compassion, both at home and in her decades of nursing, will continue to live on in all the lives she touched.


A Celebration of Debbie’s life will be 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 27, 2026 at Mount Calvary Falls Chapel United Methodist Church, 300 5th Street, Wichita Falls, TX. 76301.
