Not sure what to say?

Heaven has a special place for such a wonderful person as Debbie. What a dynamic personality and big heart she had. Larger than life, beautiful inside and out. Knowing Debbie was a blessing.

We met a long time ago Rest in Peace Debbie and my condolences to the Fowler Family

Life is eternal and
love is immortal, and death is only an horizon, and an horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight.
Families and friends are missing one, strong, valiant, classy lady. Heaven applauds your arrival. Much love to you Debbie. Love, Jane Pylant

To Debbie's family- I had the privledge of working with Debbie back in the 80's at the JCPenny company. What an amazing lady she was. We traveled together throughout the Distric and had lots of fun and laughter.
I was so sorry to hear about her passing. Knowing her, she fought an amazing battle. She will be missed.
