I am in shock to hear of such a great loss. Everyone who had the opportunity to know Debbie knows she was a beautiful person inside and out. I met Debbie when I taught with her and her daughter Julie at Beacon. I only worked there one year due to my husband's job relocating us. In that year, she shared such a kind heart and left such a great impression on me to be more like her in the classroom. Praying for the family during this difficult time. Her life demonstrated the ultimate caring for children and family. I first knew Debbie through our children in pre-school (Julie and Heidi) and was later honored to have taught with her at Avery.
