In 1975 Frank was the youngest recruit to ever come on the SPFD. Age did not deter Frank from advancing in his career to become an outstanding and skillful leader in the fire service. God's good graces to his family.

Love and prayers to Frank's family. I worked many years on Saint Paul fire with him. He was a great mentor and leader, always willing to help somebody. Frank will be dearly missed God bless he's in our prayers.
