Debbie was the best and closest friend I have ever had, she was a friend in truest sense. We have been apart for many, many years but I will never forget her. My deepest sympathy to Del and her children. Dearest Debbie, I know you will Rest In Peace. Caren Wineland

There have been some great dispatchers, but Debbie was a shining star! She was generally concerned for all of our well being and would often give you so much more information than you asked for. Then if you had a particularly bad call, or shift, she would follow up with you the next shift to check on you. She was truly one of a kind! RIP Debbie

Debbie was the sweetest little lady that I had the pleasure of loving. She welcomed me with loving arms and I know she is flying with the angels.

Debbie was a fun gal, always seemed in a good mood. She was always smiling and we laughed at some of the dumb things we did on the 'air'! I worked on the Sheriff side of radio and she on the city side. Gone way, way too soon!
