Deborah T. Allen

I cannot believe that it has been 10 years since my friend left us to be with the Lord. I still miss her and think of her often. The laughs we shared, our sad times, and sharing of our families; all these things bring me a sense of peace. I feel richer for having Deb in my life.

I was shocked and so saddened to hear of Deb's passing. In the years that I spent in Mt. Pleasant, Deb was my "surrogate mom"; even after I moved away, she never failed to send a card or a gift for the many milestones of my life. I looked forward to our phone conversations so that we could "catch up" on each others lives. She was the kindest, most generous woman that I have ever been blessed enough to call a friend.
