Deb and I met in medical school and quickly became close friends. She stood by my side as the maid of honor at my first wedding, and Heather was my flower girl. Deb was truly beautiful--inside and out. She embraced life with such passion, and her intelligence was remarkable. I was overjoyed when she met Dr. Bob, and even happier knowing they built so many years of love and partnership together. My deepest sympathies go out to her family.
