Deborah Kay Butler

Deborah Kay Butler, 51, of Louisville, died Sunday in an automobile accident near Indianapolis, IN. She was a teacher at Waggener High School. Her funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. CST Thursday at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg, with visitation from 4-8 p.m. CST Wednesday.
