Deborah Ann "Tillie" "MiMi" Fine, 59, of New Eagle, died Tuesday, July 15, 2025 in her home. She was born June 19, 1966 in New Eagle, the daughter of the late George Holben and Wanda Wall Williams who survives and resides in Washington.


Deb was a 1985 graduate of Ringgold High School and a majorette with the marching band. Before and during high school she was very active with marching units in parades and modeling competitions. She was a member of the Pine Run United Methodist Church in Clairton. Deb was employed at Elevated Oral & Implant Surgery in Pittsburgh, until her health declined and she was not able to work any longer. She was a soccer mom, a girl scout leader, enjoyed working in her flower and vegetable gardens and loved Elvis Presley! Deb enjoyed going to the Hoot Owl Club in New Eagle and the VFW in both Black Diamond and Clairton.


In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Daniel Fine with whom she celebrated thirty six years of marriage on May 6, 2025; son, Dr. Ryan Fine and fiance' Dr. Rebecca Chubaryov of New York, NY; daughter, Amber (Collin) Maxwell of Monongahela; three grandchildren, Alaina, Addison and Maverick Maxwell whom she loved to spend time with; sister-in-law, Roberta Cheplic of Forward Township; brother-in-law, Terry (Linda) Fine of North Huntingdon. 


Friends will be received on Sunday, July 20, 2025 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the Frye Funeral Home, Inc., 427 West Main Street, Monongahela, where services will be held on Monday, July 21, 2025 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Jude Urso officiating. Interment will follow in the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth.

I am so sorry to hear of Debbie’s passing. I worked with her many years ago, and she was always so helpful and kind. And she just loved her family so much. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

To the family, I am so sorry to hear about Debbie's passing. Looking back on memories of working w her... we had lots of fun, serious talks and laughs. She will be missed.

Thank you Mom for all the love, all the memories, and for always being there for me. I love you so much and I will miss you every single day. I’m so thankful to have had the best. You will always hold a special place in my heart. May you rest in heavenly peace and I will see you again one day.

Deb was an amazing mother and MiMi, even to friends and family who would visit. She treated my daughters like her own grandchildren. I will always cherish our cruise, where we laughed and enjoyed family time. We will miss her deeply.

I met Deb thru bowling. Really enjoyed being with her. Will miss her a lot. She was a good friend and a good person! RIP my friend.
