Hixson Brothers Alexandria Obituary



Graveside services for Mrs. Deborah Lynn Grant will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, June 30, 2016 with Reverend Brent Dix officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, under the direction of Hixson Brothers, Alexandria.



 



The family requests that visitation be observed Wednesday at Hixson Brothers, Alexandria from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.



 



Mrs. Grant, 63, of Alexandria passed from this life, Monday, June 27, 2016 at CHRISTUS St. Frances Cabrini Hospital.



 



During her working career she was a medical records nurse at Schumpert Hospital.



 



She was preceded in death by her mother, Sara June Marcotte Kinder.



 



Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 11 years, Paul Addison Grant; father, Gene Kinder and wife, Betty; brother, Thomas “Tommy” Kinder and wife, Linda; mother-in-law, Ruth Grant Bryant; step-siblings, Stacey Vaughn, Jason Vaughn, Wesley Vaughn; nephews, Nathan Kinder and wife, Noel,



Travis Kinder; great nieces, Joselin, Cecelia and Evangeline.



 



The family would like to thank the Cabrini ICU doctors, nurses and aides and also the Sixth Floor doctors, nurses and aides.
