Not sure what to say?

Happy birthday today Debbie. What a gift- Debbie was my roommate at Moore College. She helped me more than anyone knows that first year, she was a brilliant student, but I was a dreadful student who could draw. She took me under her wing instilling habits that truly enabled me to thrive. I left Moore after two years to graduate from Parsons School of Design, NYC, and regret we lost touch. I'm sure her mother was a great influence in her life, and clearly mine. Debbie thank you for being my...

Ive never met Deborah. I was actually 11 when she passed away, living in Dallas with my family. My old roommate brought home one of her prints she had gotten at a goodwill for 5 dollars in 2021. We were living in Los Angeles. The painting was beautiful— a pale home in the desert with a woman walking towards the house and another woman looking off into the emptiness. When my roommates split, I begged to keep the painting. I own a small Prius and have carried this huge print across countless...

Deborah was one of my loves. I met her in Philadelphia at Moore College. We started as friends. My work took me to California. We kept in touch and soon she drove cross country to join me. We had a great time learning about Los Angles. I made sure that she always had a space to call her own.Thru my contacts in the entertainment business, I helped her to get a position in animation school due to her great ability. O e day I recieved the news of her Father's death. I had the sad task to pack...

The continuing remembrances are so touching to read, particularly the one from Kenneth. No doubt, for any man, it was easy to fall in love with Deb. She was blessed with an inner and outer beauty and an abundance of intellect and talent. RIP forever Deb.

I met Deborah at Moore College in Philadelphia PA. We became fast friends. I was working in the Television business moving Mobile studios around the country for the various sporting events and network specials. The company was based in Philly so at times I brought the trucks home. When I had time I would visit my family and friends. Deb was living in Tuckerton with her family and working on her art. I left the company and drove cross country to push my skills in the business. I settled in Los...

I met "Deb" MANY years ago. She had called for a A/C checkup and I was sent on the job. When I arrived, and saw all the paintings we all love on her walls, I couldn't help asking WHY none of them had frames. Her answer: I want people to look at the art, not the frame. I thought it odd at first, not being a artsy type but after a few moments, could see why she would do it. She said she was "Sooo tired" from being at Taos on a gallery show. I laughed out loud and said yea right Deb,...

I signed in as a friend, although I never met Deborah. There was no other suitable option. I had a signed print of hers in my home for many years in Tucson, Az. I was just speaking to someone about the print and explaining that all my framed art is in storage. I decided I would look up the piece to show my friend and was shocked to read she had passed.
A very talented woman. May you rest in peace.

Today is the 3rd anniversary of Deb's passing. I frequently think about her and regret that I did not stay in touch. My wedding anniversary is on Deb's birthday, which makes it a day of both happiness and sadness for me.

Life brought her a lot of challenges, particularly health-wise. I feel if Deb had not had the ongoing health issues she dealt with perhaps she would still be with us all today.

Posting this today to remember a very intelligent, witty, beautiful and talented...
