Mattingly Funeral Home - Loretto Obituary

Deborah Sue Buley Hughes, age 61 of Bardstown, went to her heavenly home, Monday, February 17, 2025.  She was born October 27, 1963 in Marion County.  She worked as a dog groomer with Dee’s Doggies and Friends.  She was a loving mother and grandmother.  She loved animals, especially dogs.


Deborah was preceded in death by father, James Garland Buley, her mother, Betty Lou Price Devers; infant twin brothers, Donald and Ronald Buley.


Survivors include her son, Joshua Shaine Bartley (Taylor); one granddaughter, Ava Grace; one brother, Jimmy Buley; her stepfather, Danny Devers; a host of family and friends.


In keeping with her wishes, cremation was chosen with memorial services to be held at a later date.  Mattingly Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
