Debbie was my sister-in-law for 18 years. She was a truly loving, caring and wonderful woman. Not having children of her own, she came to my aid in Hawaii while I was in the military and was nanny to my daughter, Kimberly Ann, and my son, Scott, then 3 years old, for several months shortly after Kim's birth.
