Debbie was an intern when I met her..VA Medical Center, Wilmington. Gosh, that was many years ago. I was an RN at the facility on the GU unit. She was excellent. I learned a lot from her and she learned a lot from me. That's how it's supposed to work. God Bless You Debbie.

I always think of Dr Kulp when I visit my current urologist. Here nurse now works at my current urologist practice. Tears came to her eyes when we talked about you. Everyone loved you.

I just found out Dr. Kulp passed away, I had no idea. I can not express the sadness i feel at her passing. The world is a lesser place now. She was a wonderful Doctor and such a great person. I will miss her dearly. All of my deepest sympathy for her family.

Dear Family. Please accept my very belated but sincere condolences on the loss of Dr Kulp. She was an outstanding physician. Smart, caring, funny and I will miss her very much.
