Visited Deb's gravesite today for the first time exactly one month since the day she passed on. I miss her every day. The grave, still unmarked, with unsettled sod, seemed like an open wound. Ran into her good friend Jenny Herring there.

I have established a "My Memorials" page through Facebook to continue this Guest Book for Debbie.

It amazes me how much of my day revolved around and depended upon her presence in my life. I miss her so much.

A tribute page has been established in her memory for those inclined and able to contribute to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, which is working toward better understanding, treatment and ultimately a cure of the relentless, vicious disease that cut her life so short.

So sorry to hear of this tragic death. IPF is a cruel disease and one that needs to be eliminated. I lost my beautiful 46 year old daughter nearly 4 years ago - she was at the top of the transplant list after struggling with the disease for over seven years. Her body just wore out. Love and prayers are with you.

In loving memory of an accomplished, personable woman, whom I got to know over the years at holiday and family gatherings. Debbie always had a humorous, upbeat attitude and was a good conversationalist. I looked forward to her stories about work and her life, and benefited from her insight and support in times of need. I am saddened by our loss. My sincerest sympathy to our families and friends.
