Ms. Deborah was truly an angel amoung us. She was the most special kind of person, one who cared about those around her. She always was there for Robin to give her a hug or calm her down when things weren't going right. She was such a blessing to the C.O.E.A. and our family as well. We will remember her always and miss her dearly.
