Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Millner was my 5th grade science teacher at Stratford. That was almost 12 years ago, I'm 23 now. I remember her being one of my favorite teachers, I had a difficult time adjusting at that age and she was truly a gentle, encouraging, inspiring teacher that helped me accept myself. There are not enough words to express my gratitude, but I say Thank You anyway.
I know this may be a little late, but I just want her family to know that she made a difference in our community. She will...

I'm 21 now, and Mrs. Millner taught me in 7th grade- I was there when we started Science Olympiad! (I still remember John picking up Subway sandwiches for our ENTIRE team.) As an arts focused person, it was hard to get me interested in math or science. She did both, and was an amazing teacher and woman who I have thought of often and fondly since I left her classroom. She will be sorely missed, but she leaves behind quite a legacy. We miss you everyday, Mrs. Millner!

I am so sorry For your loss.

Mrs. Millner was my 4th grade teacher at Roy De Shane Elementary school and my 6th grade teacher at Stratford Middle School. She was one of my all time favorite teachers.

My thoughts are with you all.

Our deepest condolences to the family and especially to Laurie and Estephan who are so special to us. Our prayers are with you all.

I'm so sorry for your family's loss. Debbie was my best friend in college. Our classes did activities together and even met together one time. Debbie was a kind, gentle soul who always gave of herself. She fought her battle with dignity. I loved Debbie. My thoughts and prayers are with your entire family. I know Debbie is in heaven with all of the angels enjoying her new-found good health. God bless your family, John

Warmly,Gary Mack

My dear John, How sad I was to hear of Debbie's passing after such a long and valiant battle. She was a brave woman. When we worked together for the City of Elmhurst, I remember how proud you were of Debbie's teaching, and how supportive you were of all her efforts. Please know that you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Fondly, Betsy Aldred
