Deborah A. Stern

When Debby responded to my e-mail that she would NOT be going to Milwaukee in July 2019 for our 50th WFB Highschool Reunion, I planned to visit New Jersey sometime after I got back, since I live near DC and could easily visit NJ. Hadn't seen her since the 90's, when my parents and her parents lived only 2 houses from each other on Norfolk Court in Mequon Wisconsin, and was thrilled to be back in touch. Any way to contact her sister, Yta (Nikkie) to express condolence at this late stage? ...

Debbie and I grew up across the street from each other, and attended school together for 16 years (only because I was 2 years behind her.) Such a talent! She was vivacious, funny, warm and kind. It is disarming to hear of her passing.

The sweet little girl across the street who befriended my children as we became neighbors. Very talented, especially in musicals.

A talented lady with a warm heart. A lovely friend and neighbor from my childhood.

This is indeed sad news. I have the best of memories of Debbie all the way back to Richards School kindergarten. Most significantly I was honored to share the stage with her and her abundant talent in multiple shows at WFB High. As recently as our 50th WFB High reunion this past summer that unfortunately Debbie was unable to attend, we spoke of her influence on us fellow Bayites. Know that she was loved and will be missed by us who knew her back in the day.
