Deb,
From the first moment I met you I knew you were a special person. I felt as though I had known you all my life. You fought long and hard girl and now it is time for you to rest in peace. Also, don't worry about Cassidy as you raised that beautiful girl right and she turned out to be as special and wonderful as her Mother. Good job Deb! Love you!

I ONLY MET YOU A SHORT TIME AGO BUT IT SEEMED LIKE I HAD KNOWN YOU FOR AWHILE. YOUR BROTHER SPOKE OF YOU OFTEN. A DAY DIDN'T GO BY WITHOUT CHUCK MENTIONING YOUR NAME. THEN HE DECIDED IT WAS TIME FOR US TO MEET. SO CHUCK BROUGHT ME TO THE HOSPITAL TO VISIT WITH YOU. CHUCK KNEW YOUR FAVORITE FOODS AND ENJOYED PREPARING THEM AT HOME AND BRINGING THEM TO YOU EVEN THOUGH YOU ONLY ATE TWO SPOONFULS. CHUCK ALWAYS SPOKE HIGHLY OF YOU AND I CAN SEE WHY. CHUCK LOVED BRINGING YOU FUNNY GIFTS TO MAKE...

Rest in God's Peace Debbie. You will forever be missed.

Love,
Donna

I remember the time that Deb wanted to hold the cast party at her home for the North Haven High School class of 2005 production of "Grease". She thought that maybe 10 people would show up. It turned out that most of the cast and crew showed up. She and I scrambled around providing for everyone, and the party turned out to be a lot of fun. I am very sorry about her passing, and I express my deepest sympathy to Wes, Cassidy, and her family.

My sister-in-law, Deborah, personified courage in her personal struggles, her professional life, as well as her brave fight against non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. A visit to her at Smilow left one coming away with a positive hope for her future, for she never gave up.
