Read MoreI attended Sedgwick Jr High with Deborah but my first contact was actually with her Dad who was my principal at Roaring Brook Elementary in Avon. My family moved just before high school years and thus I didn't get to know her well I do remember her fondly as "a good kid". My memory was triggered this evening when viewing old yearbooks. I saw her, wondered how she was, and was sad to discover this obit.

Sal rocked without apology. American literature at Portland High was my favorite. One flew over the cuckoo's nest, The Great Gatsby . One of the few classes that captured my attention. She was the definition of cool. Thankyou Deb see you on the other side.
