Debra was a long time neighbor of ours while I was growing up in Indianapolis. Her and my mother (Paula Lambirth) were very close as well as my grandmother. I am so sad to hear of her passing. Although very young when Debra was our neighbor she taught me many things and I always enjoyed visiting her at her apartment. I wish time would have not separated us so we could have remained in contact. Condolences to her family she will be truly missed.
